Justin & Rachel Engaged | Picnic at Regent University

Featured image for “Justin & Rachel Engaged | Picnic at Regent University”

When you’re an incredibly talented illustrator, it’s not a bad idea to propose to your girlfriend with an illustration. Justin tells me it works well.

When Justin proposed to Rachel he left the thought bubble blank for her to fill in. Such a cute and awesome idea. We had a blast recreating the proposal. Then we frolicked about the beautiful grounds on campus at Regent University for a little romantic picnic, complete with his and her’s Wall-E and Eva mugs, muffins, and fresh coffee. Delish.

  1. Awwwwwwe, so sweet!!
We love you, Justin! And all us Sawyers are extremely happy for you–she’s a lucky gal!

    Blessings,
    Dae, Steve, Bryn, and Jadon

  2. I continue to be amazed by the talent you’ve displayed over the years! This is no exception!

Gramps and I are so grateful to God for bringing the “right” fit for both you and Rachel.

May you continue, “walking hand in hand, according to HIS plan”, all the days of your lives. I took the quote from the poem that your dad wrote for his lovely girl, when he proposed to her, then later set it to music, which Laurie sang at their wedding.
