For my birthday weekend my family met up in Chicago. My brother and his wife live on the north side as he is currently attending grad school at Loyola University. Before this delightful trip I had only passed through Chicago without spending any real time in its vast city limits. Well, no longer!
The fam and I had a grand time eating more than our share of Chicago-style deep dish pizza, taking in the sites of the city via the Chicago ‘L’, frolicking in Millennium Park, and shopping downtown. So yeah, Chicago is dope. But you know what? My family is doper. I cherish them more than anything in the world. Here are some stills from our weekend in the windy city (and it was freaking windy).
