This just in: Brandon Farrington, personal trainer, works out. We went into the studio to capture his chiseled bod on camera.
Brandon teaches classes at the Gym Downtown in Norfolk. He’s incredible. He knows everyone’s name, absolutely loves fitness, and is a natural encourager. It was a treat to shoot him in the studio to support his work.
