I went to the Va Beach Oceanfront this morning to witness the beginning of the demolition of the Cavalier Oceanfront Hotel. Per ABC 13, “it’s expected to take several weeks to raze the 11-story hotel. The work is part of a larger project to restore much of the Cavalier property. A Marriott hotel will be built on the site, according to Gold Key | PHR Hotels & Resorts.” Thanks to Christen Allocco on helping me out on the shoot.
