On a pleasantly hot midsummer’s day, Matt and Kathryn exchanged vows, raced golf carts, slayed the dance floor, had their cake and ate it too at the Greenbrier Country Club in Chesapeake, VA.
Matt and Kathryn are up for adventure. They had a number of shot ideas they wanted to try, which included a golf cart getaway with their entire wedding party and a torso swap. If this is any indication of their future, I’d say more adventure is sure to come. They are both so incredibly genuine and kind. Capturing their wedding was a joy.

Many thanks to the wonderful vendors–Amanda Noon with some fantastic floral design from Norfolk Wholesale Floral, Neil Townsend of Tesco Sound on the 1’s and 2’s (love the trap music that got the party started), and Danielle Peaks’ delicious cakes which were just as delicious as they were beautiful (the strawberry one in particular owned me).
